Run one consequential decision through the complete LEXUN Decision Loop.
A paid, time-boxed pilot on a real decision your organisation is about to make: the hire, the second site, the machine, the facility, the response to a lost customer. You leave with a frozen, board-ready record and a date on which reality will grade it.
What the pilot includes
Software-led pilot — £1,500 · 30 days
- One organisational workspace — set up with you on the current platform, encrypted under your Key
- Up to five users — owner, approver, reviewers and a challenger, provisioned by hand
- One live decision — framed as a question with a checkable outcome
- Evidence workshop (90 minutes, remote) — every input classified fact or assumption, with its source and expiry
- Scenario modelling — do nothing, expected, the proposer’s case, downside, severe downside, upside, delay; same model, same seed
- Challenge session (60 minutes) — the strongest case against, missing evidence, optimistic assumptions, stop conditions
- Approval and freeze — reviewers, approver, conditions and declared conflicts written into the record and sealed
- Board-ready report — the Decision Record as a PDF your board can file (sample · PDF)
- Outcome-monitoring plan — assumptions, thresholds, owners, checkpoints and the resolution date, with calendar files
- Defined support — a named person, email replies within one working day, two scheduled calls
- Conversion option — the pilot fee is credited against the first four annual Organisation seats (£1,960) or an agreed contract signed within 60 days
Pilot with workshops and Decision Audit support — £2,500–£5,000 · 60 days
- Everything in the software-led pilot
- Decision framing workshop with the decision’s stakeholders (half day, remote or on site)
- Evidence inventory and reference-class review prepared by LEXUN from your documents
- Independent challenge written by LEXUN and defended in the challenge session
- Executive decision report in addition to the board report
- First checkpoint review held inside the 60 days
- Price within the range set by stakeholder count, evidence volume, data preparation and whether the workshop is on site
What is software and what is people, stated plainly
The engine, the classification of facts and assumptions, the scenarios, the sensitivity, the frozen receipt and the outcome scoring are software you can inspect on this site today. The multi-user workspace — roles, review and approval workflows, a shared library and an organisation audit log — is PLANNED · R2. In the pilot, LEXUN runs those steps with you and writes them into the frozen record, so the decision gets the full loop now and your organisation gets the software as it ships. Nothing in the pilot is presented as automated when a person did it.
The 30 days
| When | What happens | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Kick-off call; the decision framed as one question; evidence list agreed; workspace and Keys set up | A framed decision and an evidence request list |
| Week 2 | Evidence workshop: facts verified against documents, assumptions declared with owners and expiry; first engine runs | The classified evidence room and the expected case |
| Week 3 | Scenario Lab: seven scenarios at one seed; challenge session; review comments; approval with conditions | The challenge and the approval record |
| Week 4 | Freeze: record sealed with its receipt; board report produced; monitoring plan and calendar files issued | The frozen Decision Record, the board report and the monitoring plan |
| At the due date | Evidence requested; reality compared with the frozen criterion; Brier score recorded; learning written | The organisation’s first scored outcome |
Success criteria we propose
- The decision was frozen with every input classified and every assumption owned
- The board could act on the report without a founder explaining it
- The challenge changed something — a condition, a threshold, a stop rule
- The organisation knows the date on which the forecast will be graded, and who will bring the evidence
Boundaries
LEXUN is decision intelligence, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and the pilot does not change that. We structure, model, challenge and record; the decision, and any regulated advice around it, remains yours and your advisers’. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; LEXUN is not currently VAT-registered. Payment is by invoice: 50% on booking, 50% on delivery of the frozen record.

Tell us about the decision. A person replies within one working day with a proposed scope, dates and a written quote; nothing starts until you have confirmed it.
