Talk to a human about LEXUN.

Teams pilots, organisational questions, DPA requests, method questions, press — this form reaches the founder directly. If you prefer email: hello@lexun.co.uk.

Just want to ask something?

Two fields, nothing else asked. See Privacy.

Contacting us as an organisation? The longer form speeds the reply

Submitting stores these details so we can reply — nothing else is done with them. They are not sold and not shared for anyone else’s marketing; the form and hosting provider processes them solely to deliver your message. See Privacy.

What happens after you press send

Your message lands in one inbox, which the founder reads. The reply comes from a person rather than an autoresponder, and we aim to answer within one working day. LEXUN is a very small team, so treat that as an aim and not a service-level guarantee: if several days pass in silence, email hello@lexun.co.uk directly, because it will have been missed rather than ignored.

What we do with the details you send

They are stored so that we can reply to you, and that is the entire purpose. Nothing here is sold, shared for anyone else’s marketing, or used to build a profile of you. They are also kept completely separate from decision data: anything you run through the LEXUN engine stays inside your browser and never reaches this form or our servers, so a support conversation cannot expose a decision you modelled. You can ask us to delete your message at any time and we will confirm when it is gone. The lawful basis and the retention position are set out in the privacy notice.

What to include so we can help quickly

The most useful message names the decision you are actually facing and says what you would do differently depending on the answer. If you are asking about method, quote the receipt id printed under the result and we can reproduce exactly what you saw — the reproduce page explains how. If you are evaluating LEXUN for a team, telling us how many people would use it and what currently gets decided in a spreadsheet is worth more than a feature request. Please do not paste passwords, vault passcodes or full financial account numbers into this form; nothing we do needs them.

Other ways to reach us

For a security issue or a suspected vulnerability, the disclosure route is on the security page, and we would much rather hear about it early than politely. For data-protection requests — access, correction, deletion, or a copy of what we hold — the privacy notice sets out how to ask and what we are obliged to do in reply. For questions about how a specific number was produced, the Accuracy Centre and the verification page will usually answer faster than we can. For organisational pilots, the organisations page states what is available today and what is not.
