LEXUN Decisions for Organisations

Seats, Enterprise and services, with every line labelled.

Checkout is not switched on for this site yet. Every capability marked LIVE below is open to everyone today, nothing is limited until checkout opens, and no buy button takes money before then.

One authoritative price configuration. The website, the checkout, the structured data, the contract and the sales documents read the same figures, and a release gate fails the build if any of them disagree. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. LEXUN is not currently VAT-registered, so none is added today; when it is, Stripe Tax adds it at checkout and business customers can enter a VAT number.

How to read this page. LIVE is software you can use today. PILOT is delivered in the founding pilot with LEXUN facilitating, on the current single-user platform plus a written record — not yet self-serve. PLANNED · R2/R3/R4 is not built and is not sold as if it were; a customer who buys now receives those capabilities when they ship, and the contract says so in those words. Checkout takes money only when the operator has switched Stripe on for this site; until then every buy button on /plans is replaced by a sentence saying so.

Pro — £9 a month or £79 a year

The individual plan, described here because every Organisation seat contains it. The maths is identical on Free: a paid plan never buys a better answer, only the kept record, the exports and the support.

Services

Founding pilot

£1,500 for a 30-day software-led pilot: one workspace, up to five users, one live decision, evidence workshop, scenario modelling, challenge session, approval and freeze, board-ready report, outcome-monitoring plan and a conversion option. £2,500–£5,000 over 60 days when workshops and Decision Audit support are included. The pilot fee is credited against the first four annual Organisation seats (£1,960) or an agreed contract signed within 60 days. A free pilot is not offered by default; it needs a specific strategic reason and written success criteria. The pilot →

Decision Audit

One consequential decision examined end to end. Focused £2,500–£4,000, Strategic £5,000–£8,500, Board £10,000–£15,000. What changes the price: number of decisions, scenarios, evidence volume, stakeholder count, data preparation, workshop requirements, custom modelling, reporting, follow-up period and governance requirements. How buying works

PathStatusDetail
Self-serve subscriptions (Pro, Organisation seats)LIVEStripe Checkout with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; VAT by Stripe Tax; annual shown first. The buy buttons appear only when the operator has configured Stripe for this site; until then the page says checkout is not switched on and nothing can be charged.
Server-verified entitlement, seat quantities, proration, upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, failed-payment grace, invoice access, customer portalLIVEEntitlement is checked against Stripe on every visit and never inferred from browser storage. A failed payment keeps the plan for Stripe’s retry window; a plan that ends loses nothing that was saved. Changes and cancellation happen in the Stripe billing portal from Settings → Manage plan.
Invoiced Organisation seatsLIVEFrom ten annual seats: order form, invoice, purchase-order reference; seats provisioned by hand until accounts ship with the hosted service in PLANNED · R2.
Negotiated Enterprise agreementsLIVEAnnual contract with start and renewal dates, agreed after a pilot; enterprise billing and contract-management tooling is PLANNED · R4.
Annual incentiveLIVETwo months free on annual Organisation seats (£490 for twelve months); Pro annual is £79 against £108 of monthly billing.

Questions buyers ask

What does a seat actually buy today?

Everything in Pro for that person — the full engine, every decision kept, exports, the PDF Decision Record, the calibration view — plus the audit-trail export, VAT invoicing, priority support, and the founding-customer commitment that the shared workspace, roles and approvals arrive as they ship at no change to the price for the first year.

Why buy seats when the team features are planned?

Because the pilot delivers the workflow with people while the software catches up, and because founding customers set the roadmap. If that trade is not right for you, wait for Release 2 — the page will say when it ships, and the price will not have moved for those who joined earlier.

Is the maths different on a paid plan?

No. Every tier runs the same released models. A paid plan never buys a better answer; it buys the record, the workflow and the support.

Can I see it before paying?

Yes: the engine is free without an account, the demonstration workspace is a fictional company through the whole loop, and the sample board report is what a frozen decision looks like on paper.

Request a quote, an invoice for seats, or Enterprise pricing

Tell us the shape of your organisation and the decisions you have in mind. A person replies with a written quote against the figures on this page.

A person reads every request and replies by email, normally within one working day. Nothing is booked, and no pilot starts, until we have confirmed it with you in writing — this form is a request, not a booking system. Details are processed by our hosting provider solely to deliver the request to us.
